1、Automatic Thin Configuration（JS-Thin）

JS-Thin provides a flexible way to allocate disk storage space among multiple users based on the minimum space required by each user at any given time. When the storage pool is nearly full, you can add additional disk groups to expand the storage pool capacity without downtime.

2、SSD cache（JS-Cache2.0）(Optional)

JS-Cache speeds up overall application performance. The SSD acts as an extended RAID controller's Cache, copying hot data that is frequently accessed, while most cold data is stored on disk. This feature can improve random read performance by up to 92 times and random write performance by up to 171 times. JS-Cache supports read and write caches, with up to four SSD Cache storage pools per system. Each SSD cache storage pool can be used by a dedicated storage pool and multiple volumes can be shared to efficiently utilize resources.

3、Automatic tiered storage (JS-Tiering)(Optional)

With tiered storage technology, allocation is on demand so that all storage tiers are optimally used and storage costs and management overhead are reduced, while performance and capacity are improved. The intelligent calculus behind JS-Tiering manages data, using half-life coefficients and pre-ranking algorithms to reposition and monitor data heat for optimal storage performance.

4、The snapshot（JS-Snap）

JS-SNAP provides a simple and effective response to malware attacks, virus attacks, accidental deletion of files, accidental modification of files, or unstable system due to poor I/O cable connection, or unstable power supply.

5、Local storage area volume cloning (JS Replica) (Optional)

Remote replication is a data block level, asynchronous and differentiated remote volume backup function over a LAN or WAN. JS-Replica has unlimited bandwidth, traffic control and multiple connections for a single replication task. This is the most economical and efficient way to perform remote data backup.
